At Digicard360, we ensure that all products are shipped after thorough quality checks, minimizing the chance of defects. However, if you receive a defective product, we will promptly replace it with a functioning product. All replacement claims must be submitted within 2 days of product delivery.
Exchange Policy
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a free replacement with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure that the item remains in its original condition with the manufacturer’s packaging.
How to Request a Replacement:
To replace an item, please email our customer service team at info@digicard360.com with your order details and photos of the defective item. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with your replacement.
📌 Note: We will cover the shipping cost for replacements within India, provided they meet the above replacement conditions.
Returns/Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once the product is delivered. We ensure the highest quality standards for all customized items and encourage customers to carefully review their order details before placing an order.

- Customized Orders: We print and personalize items exactly as per the details provided at the time of purchase. We cannot accept replacements or refunds for errors such as:
- Spelling mistakes
- Wrong business information provided
- Changes of mind after placing the order
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellation requests will not be approved, and no refund will be issued.
How to Cancel an Order:
To cancel an order, please email info@digicard360.com with your order details.
- If your request is received within 24 hours, we will process your full refund within 3-5 business days in the original payment method.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

Warranty Policy
Your product is covered under a one-year warranty starting from the date of order delivery.
Warranty Coverage:
✅ Tapping Issue: If the NFC card does not work on an NFC-enabled smartphone, we will replace it free of charge.

- Your smartphone must support NFC for the tapping feature to work.
- Shipping charges will apply for warranty replacements.
